Nicole Lynn is truly an inspiration for everyone when it comes to women in sports as she continues to the top agent with Klutch Sports. Lynn was named most powerful women in sports recent which is well deserved and amazing to see that happen for her. This was thru Ad Week which they put out a list every year for certain awards. Nicole Lynn is a sports agent and the President of Football Operations at Klutch Sports Group. She made history as the first Black woman to represent a top-three NFL draft pick in 2019, and the first to represent a quarterback in the Super Bowl in 2023.

Lynn’s clients include NFL players, a softball star, and a ballerina. She also represents clients in the entertainment industry. Nicole graduated from University Of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in business management and doctor of law. She is a go getter, went for every opportunity that was presented for her, worked in Wall Street as a Financial Analyst, obtained series 7, series 63 and certifications FINRA. In 2015, Nicole made one of the biggest touchdowns of her career thus far, becoming the first female agent to represent top NFL agency, PlayersRep.

In 2017, PlayersRep was acquired by Young Money APAA Sports Agency owned by world-renowned rapper, Lil Wayne. In 2021, Nicole elevated her career and joined the team at Klutch Sports Group as their new President of Football Operations. Nicole’s incredible business savvy and strong will to succeed has led her to become one of the youngest female sports agents in the industry signing her first client at only 26. Her extensive client list includes NFL players with the Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, Washington Redskins, an ESPY nominated Softball star and a Ballerina from the famous American Ballet Theatre. While these accomplishments may seem like the peak of success, many who know Nicole Lynn need little convincing to understand that this is only the beginning.
