Ladies and gentlemen… I have officially seen EVERYTHING in the NFL!

The San Francisco 49ers are trying to win a Super Bowl, and their owner Jed York apparently decided he was trying to win a completely DIFFERENT kind of championship!

This man got caught in a prostitution sting in Ohio!

I’m sitting here thinking… THE 49ERS HAVE CHRISTIAN McCAFFREY, BROCK PURDY, GEORGE KITTLE… AND THEIR OWNER IS RUNNING AN OFFENSE OUT OF A MOBILE HOME PARK?!

WHAT ARE WE DOING?!

Police say York was trying to pay $160 for sex with a woman he believed was a prostitute.

$160?!

JED… YOU OWN THE SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS!

You couldn’t spring for the Deluxe Package?!

You have NFL-owner money! You don’t have to be standing around Ohio negotiating like you’re at a flea market!

And then the police pull him over and ask him what he’s doing.

York says:

“Just driving.”

JUST DRIVING?!

Brother, you weren’t driving!

You were driving into a VERY DIFFERENT TYPE OF RED ZONE!

Then they ask him if he’s meeting anybody.

He says, “No.”

THE POLICE MUST HAVE LOOKED AT HIM LIKE:

“Sir… WE HAVE THE RECEIPT!”

You know you’ve had a bad day when you go from owning an NFL franchise to getting handcuffed next to your SUV because you’re allegedly trying to turn $160 into a transaction that definitely wasn’t on the 49ers’ salary cap.

And now Roger Goodell says the NFL is reviewing this under the league’s personal conduct policy.

OH, HERE WE GO!

Roger Goodell is about to become the NFL’S HALL MONITOR!

“Jed, I’m going to need you to explain yourself.”

And Jed is sitting there like:

“Commissioner, can I appeal?”

Goodell:

“NO. AND YOU’RE NOT GETTING YOUR $160 BACK!”

Let’s be serious for a second.

This is where the NFL has to be consistent.

Jim Irsay got suspended six games and fined $500,000 after his impaired-driving case.

Robert Kraft was arrested in a Florida prostitution investigation in 2019, but ultimately wasn’t punished by the NFL after the charges were dropped.

So now the question is:

WHAT DOES THE NFL DO WITH JED YORK?

Because this isn’t some random employee.

This is an NFL OWNER!

The guy signing the checks is now potentially becoming the guy explaining why he was trying to spend $160 on something that wasn’t available at the 49ers team store!

And here’s the funniest part:

The 49ers are trying to build a championship football team.

Meanwhile, their owner apparently found himself involved in a game where the only thing being reviewed was:

PERSONAL CONDUCT… AND THE EVIDENCE WAS IN HIS PHONE!

This is embarrassing.

Not just for York.

For the entire organization!

Imagine being a 49ers player walking into the facility:

“Hey, boss.”

And York goes:

“Good morning.”

Player:

“Good morning? YOU’RE THE GUY FROM THE NEWS!”

The 49ers locker room has got to be awkward right now.

Brock Purdy probably wants to know:

“Are we running the West Coast offense?”

And somebody whispers:

“NO… THE OWNER WAS RUNNING THE OHIO OFFENSE!”

And let’s not forget — York pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools related to using his phone to respond to an undercover prostitution ad. He was sentenced to one day in jail, credited with time served, fined $1,150 and ordered to complete an online course.

AN ONLINE COURSE?!

What was the course called?!

“HOW NOT TO GET CAUGHT: NFL OWNER EDITION?”

Lesson One:

IF THE WOMAN IS ACTUALLY A COP… TURN THE CAR AROUND!

But seriously, Roger Goodell has a decision to make.

Because if the NFL has a personal conduct policy, it can’t suddenly become:

“Personal conduct policy… unless you own the team.”

You can’t have one standard for players and another standard for billionaires.

If you’re going to punish players for conduct that damages the league’s image, then ownership has to be held accountable too.

Because Jed York didn’t get caught selling hot dogs outside Levi’s Stadium.

He got arrested in a prostitution sting.

And now Roger Goodell has to decide whether the owner of the San Francisco 49ers deserves a fine, suspension, or some other punishment.

But I know one thing:

The 49ers better hope Jed York doesn’t start calling plays.

Because apparently this man has already shown us he doesn’t know the difference between a football huddle and a sting operation!

I’m Errol Marks…

And somebody please tell Jed York:

NEXT TIME YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A DRIVE… CALL CHRISTIAN McCAFFREY!

At least THAT drive can end in the end zone!

My name is Errol Marks and I’d like to tell you why I believe I can be a major asset to your station. I’m from a small town in Long Island, NY and from a very young age I’ve always had a love for sports talk radio. Growing up, I would listen religiously to shows like Mike and the Mad Dog, Mike and Mike, and Imus in the Morning and studied what made those shows so great. I’ve made it my goal to be as influential as the hosts I grew up listening to, and with my knowledge of all major sports, enthusiastic and fearless personality, and my preparation skills, I know I can get to that level. This is an art and a medium that I’m passionate about and one that I feel can never be replaced.

What makes my story so unique goes beyond my 10+ years of experience in sports media. In addition to over ten years of creating and hosting sports talk radio shows, I created the World Wide Sports Radio Network - one of the first ever digital sports radio networks - in 2012. Since the network began, we have had some of the best content in digital sports media. We have six quality shows on our network covering all sports and sports betting. I’m currently hosting New York’s Sports Loud Mouth, and you can find that show and the rest of our great shows at https://worldwidesportsradio.com/.

Our network’s content and listenership has grown significantly year to year and, in the past year, we’ve achieved 3.6 million minutes listened on our audio stream, over 29k followers on tik tok, 500k viewed on YouTube, 1.7 million downloads on Apple Podcasts, and 906,917 plays on Spotify. While we are enjoying a continued increase in growth, I feel that we can take this to a new level and a new audience with your help.

My goal since the day I started is to become the greatest and most recognizable sports radio show host in the country. I can guarantee that nobody in this industry currently has my passion, personality or ability to shape the future of sports broadcasting and entertainment like I do. If given the opportunity, I hope to further share my story and many talents with you and your station.
