Since 1996 Tom Coughlin has raised countless time, raising money to help families tackle childhood cancer by providing financial and emotional support. His hard work and dedication to his foundation has help many children around the world through their hard times from this horrible disease. On September 27th Coughlin had his 15th annual champions for children gala at the Cipriani in Manhattan.
The Event had many different athletes and celebrities, that came to support Tom’s Jay Fund foundation gala. The most known Giants that attended the event were guys like Justin Tuck, Kevin Booth and Shaun O’Hara, they all were part of the two great Super Bowl runs the Giants made under Coughlin. I was very impressed with Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo, who hosted the event for Tom’s foundation that night.

Giants Owner John Marra and new Giants head coach Pat Shurmur both attended the event showing their support for Coughlin’s foundation. I was amazed on all the people that came out too support this great foundation that Coughlin and his wife have been pushing for the last twenty-five years. Everything Coughlin has done from his many years of raising money for the Jay Fund foundation to his success on the football field all has come from hard work, dedication and humility. I think if there were more Tom Coughlin’s in the world, this world would be a better place.
