Ladies and gentlemen… gather close. Maybe hold hands.Maybe light a candle. Because the Kansas City Chiefs β€” the terror of the AFC, the boogeyman of Buffalo, the nemesis of Cincinnati β€” are standing outside the playoff club like Mahomes forgot his ID and the bouncer doesn’t care about MVPs tonight.

This might be it.
The end of the road.
Boyz II Men are warming up in the background.
Someone please alert Patrick β€” because he still thinks it’s Week 3.

Kelce is still great, but he’s starting to look like that uncle at Thanksgiving who swears he β€œstill got it,” then pulls his hamstring carving the turkey.

He’s one more missed route away from saying,
β€œYou know what? I’m going on tour with Taylor. At least HER fans can catch things.”

Jones is elite, but he’s also the most expensive lawn decoration in Missouri.

He’s out there blowing up plays while his supporting cast is auditioning for a remake of Home Alone, because THEY are nowhere to be found.

Jones is like:
β€œI signed a massive extension.”
Defense:
β€œCool. We signed up for the YMCA.”

Mahomes throws a pass, and three possible outcomes occur:

  1. Incomplete
  2. Dropped
  3. Picked off by someone wearing red because Mahomes didn’t realize that’s the other team today

These receivers couldn’t catch a cold in Antarctica.
They drop everything like they’re allergic to footballs.

Spags was once the wild mad scientist.

Now he’s blitzing like your grandpa hitting buttons on a microwave he doesn’t understand.

It might be the end of the Spags road, because even the Chiefs defense is like: β€œBro, can we NOT blitz on 3rd & 3 against a running QB?”

He’s been great β€” but it’s starting to feel like he installed his playbook using Internet Explorer.

Patrick Mahomes β€” the half-billion-dollar QB β€” is out here playing like a man trying to solve a Rubik’s cube blindfolded in a hurricane.

The dude is running around in circles like he’s trying to escape a swarm of bees.

His receivers keep dropping passes, and he’s looking at Andy Reid like, β€œYo… fat man… HELP.”

Mahomes’ mechanics used to be beautiful.
Now he’s throwing off-platform so often that his platform filed a restraining order.

And the look on his face after his receivers drop another pass?

Priceless.

He looks like a guy who discovered his car got booted while he was still inside it.

Andy Reid is a legend β€” an all-time great β€” but HE’S looking stressed.

He’s staring at his laminated play sheet like it’s written in ancient Greek.

Andy be calling plays like:
β€œWell that didn’t work… so let’s run it again and pray harder.”

He still has the mustache of a Hall of Famer,
but his offense right now has the efficiency of a gas station bathroom.

This man’s blood pressure goes up every time Kadarius Toney lines up on the field. He looks at Toney like he’s debating whether to send him to the practice squad or outer space. Oh wait, Toney’s not even with us anymore!

Flags?

Breaks?
Sympathy?

Nope.
The league ain’t opening the velvet ropes for Kansas City anymore.
The Chiefs are getting treated like everyone else… and guess what?

They look like everyone else.

The Chiefs dynasty isn’t collapsing dramatically β€”

it’s not Rome burning,
it’s not the Titanic finding the iceberg…

It’s more like forgetting to pay your Netflix bill.
You just wake up and it’s gone.

Mahomes is doing EVERYTHING.
Reid looks tired.
Kelce is limping.
Spags is blitzing out of habit.
The receivers are cosplaying as traffic cones.

If Kansas City doesn’t fix this soon,
the dynasty isn’t just ending β€”
it’s retiring early and moving to Florida.

My name is Errol Marks and I’d like to tell you why I believe I can be a major asset to your station. I’m from a small town in Long Island, NY and from a very young age I’ve always had a love for sports talk radio. Growing up, I would listen religiously to shows like Mike and the Mad Dog, Mike and Mike, and Imus in the Morning and studied what made those shows so great. I’ve made it my goal to be as influential as the hosts I grew up listening to, and with my knowledge of all major sports, enthusiastic and fearless personality, and my preparation skills, I know I can get to that level. This is an art and a medium that I’m passionate about and one that I feel can never be replaced.

What makes my story so unique goes beyond my 10+ years of experience in sports media. In addition to over ten years of creating and hosting sports talk radio shows, I created the World Wide Sports Radio Network - one of the first ever digital sports radio networks - in 2012. Since the network began, we have had some of the best content in digital sports media. We have six quality shows on our network covering all sports and sports betting. I’m currently hosting New York’s Sports Loud Mouth, and you can find that show and the rest of our great shows at https://worldwidesportsradio.com/.

Our network’s content and listenership has grown significantly year to year and, in the past year, we’ve achieved 3.6 million minutes listened on our audio stream, over 29k followers on tik tok, 500k viewed on YouTube, 1.7 million downloads on Apple Podcasts, and 906,917 plays on Spotify. While we are enjoying a continued increase in growth, I feel that we can take this to a new level and a new audience with your help.

My goal since the day I started is to become the greatest and most recognizable sports radio show host in the country. I can guarantee that nobody in this industry currently has my passion, personality or ability to shape the future of sports broadcasting and entertainment like I do. If given the opportunity, I hope to further share my story and many talents with you and your station.
