Madison Square Garden right now is pure insanity. Absolute chaos. The Garden sounds like somebody lit fireworks inside a church while 20,000 Knicks fans scream “BING BONG” directly into Cleveland’s soul. And honestly? I’ve never seen New Yorkers this happy since somebody found out you could still get chopped cheese at 2 in the morning.

The Knicks are up 2-0 in the Eastern Conference Finals and the Cavaliers gotta be sitting on that flight home looking like a family that just realized they booked Spirit Airlines with no luggage included.

And the reason?
JOSH HART.
YES. JOSH HART.

The Cavaliers gameplan was basically:
“Anybody but Brunson can beat us.”

Which is hilarious because they treated Josh Hart like he was a Make-A-Wish contestant accidentally wandering onto the court.

They left this man so open all night I thought Cleveland was running a social distancing defense. Hart was getting shots so wide open he probably had enough time to order halal food before releasing the jumper.

And early on? It worked.

Hart was missing everything. He looked frustrated. Biting his jersey. Slamming the basketball. Looking like every dad at LA Fitness after going 0-for-6 from three while wearing ankle braces and a shooting sleeve from 2009.

Cleveland was probably on the bench talking crazy too.

“Yeah keep shooting buddy.”
BIG mistake.

Because in that third quarter Josh Hart turned into a possessed human flamethrower from Queens.

BANG.
Three.
BANG.
Another one.
BANG.
Madison Square Garden exploded so loud I’m pretty sure people in Jersey thought there was an earthquake.

The Knicks went on an 18-0 run and Cleveland started looking completely broken. Not tired. BROKEN. Like somebody unplugged the controller during a video game.

And let’s talk about Jalen Brunson for a second because this man is literally running New York like a mob boss right now.

The Cavs blitzed him all night. Doubled him. Trapped him. Threw every defender at him besides a parking attendant and Brunson just sat there smiling, throwing dimes everywhere. FOURTEEN assists. FOURTEEN. Brunson out there playing chess while Cleveland eating crayons trying to figure out rotations.

And that’s what makes this Knicks team scary.

Brunson doesn’t even have to score 40 anymore.

That’s terrifying.

Because now it’s:
“Oh you wanna double Brunson? Cool.”
Here comes Josh Hart looking like Reggie Miller with anger issues.
Here comes KAT throwing lasers.
Here comes this Knicks defense turning every possession into a hostage situation.

And defensively?
The Knicks got Cleveland in HELL.

Donovan Mitchell looked exhausted. Darius Garland looked trapped. And Max Strus and Sam Merrill combined for ONE made three-pointer.

ONE.

Josh Hart by himself outshot Cleveland’s “shooters.”

That’s like going to an all-you-can-eat buffet and losing an eating contest to a vegan.

And Knicks fans? Oh God. Knicks fans are becoming unbearable again and I absolutely love every second of it.

You got fans outside MSG hugging strangers.
People climbing light poles.
Old Knicks fans crying like they just saw The Notebook.
Every dude in Brooklyn suddenly talking about “WE WANT OKC” like this team already won the championship.

Relax psycho. There’s still basketball left.

But man… this feels different.

For years Knicks fans have lived through pain. Horrible contracts. Bad draft picks.
Coaches yelling at everybody. Point guards that couldn’t dribble. Power forwards playing small forward. James Dolan existing.

Now?
Now the Knicks look like the biggest bullies in basketball.

Nine straight playoff wins.
TWO straight conference finals wins.
The Garden shaking like Godzilla stepped on Manhattan.

And Cleveland?
Cleveland better find answers FAST because right now this series got the energy of somebody trying to stop a train with a pool noodle.

The funniest part?
The Cavaliers created this monster themselves.

They looked at Josh Hart and said:
“Yeah… let him shoot.”

Now they are heading back home down 0-2 looking like a group project that forgot the assignment was due tonight.

New York smells blood.
The Garden smells Finals.
And Knicks fans right now are one win away from legally changing the Statue of Liberty into Jalen Brunson holding a timb and a chopped cheese.

My name is Errol Marks and I’d like to tell you why I believe I can be a major asset to your station. I’m from a small town in Long Island, NY and from a very young age I’ve always had a love for sports talk radio. Growing up, I would listen religiously to shows like Mike and the Mad Dog, Mike and Mike, and Imus in the Morning and studied what made those shows so great. I’ve made it my goal to be as influential as the hosts I grew up listening to, and with my knowledge of all major sports, enthusiastic and fearless personality, and my preparation skills, I know I can get to that level. This is an art and a medium that I’m passionate about and one that I feel can never be replaced.

What makes my story so unique goes beyond my 10+ years of experience in sports media. In addition to over ten years of creating and hosting sports talk radio shows, I created the World Wide Sports Radio Network - one of the first ever digital sports radio networks - in 2012. Since the network began, we have had some of the best content in digital sports media. We have six quality shows on our network covering all sports and sports betting. I’m currently hosting New York’s Sports Loud Mouth, and you can find that show and the rest of our great shows at https://worldwidesportsradio.com/.

Our network’s content and listenership has grown significantly year to year and, in the past year, we’ve achieved 3.6 million minutes listened on our audio stream, over 29k followers on tik tok, 500k viewed on YouTube, 1.7 million downloads on Apple Podcasts, and 906,917 plays on Spotify. While we are enjoying a continued increase in growth, I feel that we can take this to a new level and a new audience with your help.

My goal since the day I started is to become the greatest and most recognizable sports radio show host in the country. I can guarantee that nobody in this industry currently has my passion, personality or ability to shape the future of sports broadcasting and entertainment like I do. If given the opportunity, I hope to further share my story and many talents with you and your station.
