San Francisco hosted Superbowl LX this year between New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks. They have been great whole week with us, players, coaches that were not in the big game and all entertainment people who came also. Moscone Center was an amazing experience as I got reunite with all the players, media people that I know for a while, also from New Orleans last year and made new connections on this trip. Being invited to multiple events outside of the Moscone Center is another highlight because each of them didn’t disappoint and everyone knew me already. A lot more stars were out this year in San Francisco getting ready for the big matchup.

Coming into this Superbowl LX, the Seattle Seahawks were looking for their second title in franchise history as the New England Patriots were trying to get their seventh in franchise history. Some other cool storylines was both quarterbacks Sam Darnold who has overcome a lot of adversity which didn’t work out with the Jets but matured a lot as he went from team to team. As for Drake Maye, he is still learning at a young age with the Patriots but already poised, confident and a leader as his position. Also these head coaches Mike MacDonald and Mike Vrabel have turned both teams into a contender right away, setting the right culture for their players which is remarkable and amazing to see. That’s why everyone was so intrigued with this matchup again.

Seahawks and Patriots played each other in the 2014 Superbowl where everyone knows what happened towards the ending. But 12 years later they are much different teams and ready for this moment. A lot of shows, interviews, guests coming in and out of the Moscone Center during last week leading up to this big game. All staff workers did a fantastic job of keeping everything organized and secured. I was at opening night with the Seahawks and Patriots players in San Jose catching up with them. It was great to see our guy Tommy DeVito again and connecting with new players from both teams also.

Some of the outside events was a big charity golf event with Preston Pinkney who is the Co founder of Preston Pinkney’s Foundation, Ace Kids Golf Director, NCGA Board Member, Mix Engineer and Golf coach. This was an outstanding event to be a part of doing it for a great cause for the kids, re connecting with all the athletes again that I know like Josh Booty and a new connection with Debbe Dunning from Home Improvement. Shout-Out to Preston for this awesome outing and loved helping out. Another event was the 39th Annual Superbowl party with my Mentor Leigh Steinberg, 13th annual brain summit which never disappoints. I am already looking forward to next year in Los Angeles. Then it was the Breakfast Bowl at another golf course with Jerry Rice, Joe Montana, Doug Flutie, Michael Vick and others.

It was also great to see all the fans having fun at the NFL experience near Moscone Center during Superbowl Week as players from different teams made an appearance there to meet them, sign autographs and take pictures. They had all kinds of panels going on at the same time, people wearing cool jerseys and getting together to have fun. The best part of this job is seeing all of these fans getting to meet their favorite players at big events like the Superbowl. Seahawks and Patriots fans showed up very well also to represent in a big way also. Let’s see which fan base gets the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Sunday February 8th it all comes to this as the Patriots and Seahawks face off in a rematch during 2014 season. Everyone was curious to see which team would be better prepared when it came to beginning of game, long halftime break and results after key turnovers. This game was all Seattle Seahawks as their defense stepped up huge, forcing turnovers against the Patriots, setting the tone with their running game for eventual MVP Kenneth Walker and Sam Darnold picked it up in second half. During halftime it was Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin while both teams are trying to make adjustments for second half. New England Patriots had no answers in this game while the Seahawks defense was still dominant.

Seattle Seahawks ended up beating the Patriots 29-13 as they win their second title in franchise history. What a moment for them, coach Mike MacDonald, the fans, players, front office and etc. Congrats to Kenneth Walker for winning Superbowl MVP after an outstanding game putting up some big rushing yards. As I wrap up my second Superbowl, I just want to say thank you everyone for the support, grateful to be in this position, I wouldn’t be here without my parents and already looking forward to Los Angeles Superbowl next year.
