Week 10 gave us more insight into which teams are for real and what others we may be taking another look at. We had the week start off with the Broncos barely taking care of the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday night as quarterback Bo Nix and the defense led them to victory. Next we also had a plethora of great games on Sunday. The Patriots solidified themselves in Tampa and the New Orleans Saints surprisingly picked up another win over the Panthers. Finally to end off the week we had the snore fest that was the defensive battle between the Green Bay Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The best part of this list still is that it will be refreshed so if you do not like where your team is placed they will probably end up higher on this list at some point during the season. I tried my best to not put teams that had a bye that high on the list versus teams that won, I wish everyone a continued great 2025-2026 NFL season. Happy Football once again!

1. Seahawks: The Seattle Seahawks had their second matchup against the Arizona Cardinals and of course the Seahawks took care of business. The Seahawks had a 4:00 ET game slate at home against their divisional rivals. Jaxson Smith Njigba becomes the fastest player to receive for 1,000 yards plus this season and he of course is having a monster season. A common theme with the number one and the number two team on this list is that they have two of arguably the best players in football right now. J.S.N is definitely the top wideout in the league from a statistical standpoint as he had yet ANOTHER 100 yard plus game. Quarterback Sam Darnold had yet another flashy showing as the Seahawks didn’t even let the Cardinals make it close the entire time and just had the running backs chew out the clock. Seattle at one for me! At last!

2. Colts: After losing a game to the Pittsburgh Steelers the Colts returned home against the Atlanta Falcons. It was not just any “home” game for them however, as both teams opened up the Sunday slate in Berlin, Germany. Jonathan Taylor obviously stole the show after a poor performance from quarterback Daniel Jones last week. They leaned heavily on the running back and rightfully so. Jonathan Taylor ended up scoring not one, not two, but three touchdowns scoring the first, the second, and the last for the Colts offense. Jonathan Taylor is currently making his MVP case and if he keeps playing like this, it will be easy to see him crowned at the end of the year.

3. Lions: The Lions had an easy matchup against the Commanders considering they were coming off a bye week in Detroit and the Commanders were without star quarterback Jayden Daniels yet again. The offense showed why it’s one of the best yet again with running back Gibbs scoring two touchdowns and Amon Ra St Brown getting into the mix as well. The Lions defense ate backup quarterback Marcus Mariota up but still let a garbage time touchdown score to Deebo. As the NFC North race tightens up, it will be interesting to see how long the Lions hold up this year. Might be a big thanksgiving for them.

4. Eagles: Philadelphia ended off the week last night as I am writing this article and it was honestly a snooze fest. From a statistical standpoint you would look at this game and simply know that it was a defensive battle against the Green Bay Packers. Quarterback Jalen Hurts has a passing touchdown in each game this year and from the offense they still did what they could. Both quarterbacks threw for under 200 passing yards as the defense came to the line of scrimmage each time for both teams. Moving forward for the Eagles it looks like my prediction of them becoming NFC east champions yet again will be true because the rest of the division is currently either A banged up, or B: not in contention. Another win for the birds!

5. Rams: The Los Angeles Rams took care of their divisional rival splitting the series with the 49ers this year. The Rams were led by Matthew Stafford and this offense looks like the best thing maybe since the Jared Goff offense with Todd Gurley. You can arguably say that this 2025 team’s receivers are even better than that team. Regardless, the Rams put up over 40 points against this so called “good niners” defense and opposing defensive coordinator Robert Saleh was shaken. Puka Nacua was back in the game as well and he made his presence known. A playoff matchup im thinking now between the Rams and Seahawks would easily be must watch television.

6. Patriots: The New England Patriots took care of the Buccaneers in their own house surprisingly and it was a great game for the red, white, and blue. Drake Maye made this contest close with his legs and arm as he threw for another 200 plus passing yards yet again. The young quarterback for the Patriots extends his team’s win streak to seven games in a row! Seven games is the highest yet this season and they are clearly the team to beat. Buffalo being a whole 5 spots behind them barely halfway into the year is crazy to me. The Panthers and Patriots were on my list of teams to make a huge jump in 2025 but for the Patriots to come back like this, I know their fans are rejoicing.

7. Broncos: The Denver Broncos kicked off the week like I had said before in our intro and they barely took care of the Raiders if we are being quite honest. The quarterback Bo Nix needs to take better care of the football but luckily for the Denver Broncos, they faced the horrible Raiders last Thursday. The running backs did their thing however and the defense kept the game close. With divisional matchups like these you almost always expect a close game. For the Broncos however, it will be interesting to see how they stack up against the top teams in the league this year after getting bounced by the Bills pretty easily last year.

8. Bucs: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost at home to the New England Patriots as I had said before. Despite an okay showing from quarterback Baker Mayfield, it seemed the running game could not get going at all. The Bucs defense is good but the Patriots defense seemed that much better as they shut down the offense in the 4th quarter to eventually take the win. Rookie Emeka Egbuka still added to his touchdown total and the Bucs are still a top 10 team in my eyes. Though Bucky Irving is desperately needed back and it shows. Hopefully he is back from injury soon. Next week for the Bucs they travel to Buffalo who is also coming off a shocking loss. Man, I hope the Bucs get the job done.

9. Packers: The Green Bay Packers ended off the week against the snoozefest that was Monday night football. They took a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles after having a weird first half with no touchdowns for either team. Josh Jacobs had a meh day of rushing the football but he still ran in for a score. Quarterback Jordan Love did all he could against a stacked Eagles defense and the offense was still able to move the ball…barely. The game was close throughout four quarters but it was clear that the abundance of injuries to the wide receiver room was once again hurting this offense. Onto next week for the Packers as they face the Giants. Way better now.

10. Chargers: The Chargers manage to squeeze into the top 10 again for me as they took care of the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday and the leading quarterback in passing yards, made another statement. The Steelers have the league’s highest paid defense but Justin Herbert did not care. The offense pounded the Steelers defense and surprisingly so the Chargers defense were able to make trouble for opposing quarterback Aaron Rodgers for what seemed like the entire game. The Chargers still have a crowded division with the Broncos and the Chiefs still involved, but in my eyes I see the Chargers and Chiefs as more contenders as long as rookie running back Omarion Hampton eyes a comeback in November. This offensive line still needs a ton of work and that’s what I would say is the main weakness of this team…clearly.

11. Bills: The Buffalo Bills looked completely lost against Miami this past Sunday. The Game was not even close the whole time as Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills tried to claw their way back into this game. The opposing quarterback Tua obviously had a surprisingly good game, however for the former MVP from last season being Josh Allen you have GOT to have a better game than that. I understand that this is a divisional game but even running back James Cook failed to get into the endzone yet again. The remaining Bills schedule still looks interesting and the reason that is, is because we might see them take more losses than we think. Could you imagine a different AFC East winner since the Tom Brady Patriot days?

12. 49ers: The 49ers dropped and splitted with the divisional rival Los Angeles Rams this past Sunday as I previously mentioned. Quarterback Mac Jones struggled against the Rams defense and they were crashing to the line of scrimmage all day. Despite throwing three touchdowns they were mostly when the game was put away. Mac Jones turning the ball over definitely made their chances lower as well. This 49ers team to me could fall very far behind next week even depending on how they play the Cardinals. Lucky for the 49ers they just got smacked by Seattle. Can the 49ers bounce back? Also the only reason they are above the Chiefs this week to be quite honest is because the Chiefs had the week off.

13. Chiefs: The Chiefs are coming off a much needed BYE week and for once this year we take a break from watching Patrick Mahomes and the Red Chiefs win. All jokes aside, the Chiefs have been honestly overperforming this year and that’s all because of their red hot offense. The abundance of receivers for Mahomes makes it much easier for him to score even if they don’t have your traditional “cow bell” running back. Like I’ve said time and time again this AFC West is a good division. But for me it would not be hard to see the Chiefs come back into the playoff picture yet again. They do need more quality wins but can they earn one against the Broncos this week?

14. Steelers: The Pittsburgh Steelers offense looked still as they took yet another loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The Steelers were away but their defense still looked uncharacteristic. At this point in the season the Steelers may very well choke the lead for the division. But in this case I cannot put the Ravens over the Steelers just yet. In my opinion I need one more week of the Ravens winning to put them on top. After all they are still second in the division technically speaking. Regardless of what the standings show, Aaron Rodgers and D.K Metcalf were still shut down. Maybe use your third round draft pick in Kaleb Johnson (who you used pretty good capital to get) to get this run game going?

15. Ravens: Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens could very much be one of the few teams to turn their season around after having the kind of start they had. The Ravens extended their win streak even after having Lamar Jackson out for a couple of games. In this contest Lamar was able to move the rock better in some quarters than others, but for the defense they definitely came up big when it came to disrupting opposing quarterback JJ McCarthy. At the end of the day each game is basically a must win now for Baltimore. THis week to keep their Cinderella story alive they face the Cleveland Browns in Ohio.

16. Bears: The Chicago Bears took care of business at home and got another win in the light snow a couple days ago against the New York Giants. Despite letting up Dart’s 5th rushing touchdown in a row, I saw some pretty good defense from the Chicago squad. Caleb Williams is still showing that he can lead this Bears squad to victories that they should definitely take and at this point Bears fans should be happy about that. As the NFC north gets closer and closer it will be a movie once these north teams start playing each other again in divisional matchups.

17. Jaguars:Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars surprisingly took an insane loss to the Houston Texans and they dropped a couple spots due to that. The Texans were home and it was a close divisional game but as the defense how do you let opposing quarterback Davis Mills call a game on a corner rushing touchdown? Absolute chaos ensued as the Texans took the late victory over the Jaguars but for the Jags there were still positives from this game. Travis Bettine found his way in the endzone and the offense did not look terrible without BTR Jr. and Travis Hunter. With those guys back this offense still can be good but as for the defense I expect them to have better games soon or this Jaguars team can keep getting exposed.

18. Falcons: The Atlanta Falcons also played in Berlin just like the Colts but for the Falcons it was clear that in the end the coaching could have played a factor in the outcome. That’s not to take away from this Falcons team at all as they stayed in the game for the most part but then choked it away to the Colts. The saving grace of this matchup is that the Colts are arguably top two in the league and are being led by the potential MVP candidate Jonathan Taylor. The Falcons seem to be underachieving this year but hopefully they can turn their season around. The other sort of bright side to this is that I think the Bucs remaining schedule is a bit harsh coming up. Can the Falcons turn it around?

19. Vikings: The Minnesota Vikings were at home against the Baltimore Ravens and they actually blew it. In what was a game they honestly still had a chance at, quarterback JJ McCarthy failed to get the job done. That is nothing against the quarterback because of course, he is still young and these growing pains in the league will come. The only thing is overthrowing your best receiver Justin Jefferson will not win you many football games and I thought JJ threw too many bad balls out there. This defense is still good of course but the drawing board for the offense might have to still be had.

20. Commanders: After Jayden Daniels being out for another week this team had accepted their rally they would have to ensue with backup quarterback Marcus Mariota. Mariota is a veteran in the league at this point and is no scrub but against the Detroit Lions (a top 5 team on this list) I thought they had no chance even at home. One of the league’s top scoring offenses had a field day on them and it was never close. Deebo Samuel was a bright light for them still as I had mentioned before but for Washington it seems like a NFC East title seems unreachable.

21. Texans: Davis Mills took care of the Jacksonville Jaguars while filling in for star quarterback C.J Stroud who was dealing with a concussion injury. This team fought through 4 quarters and by the end of it I was asking myself how this game was even still going. Nonetheless the Texans picked up a huge win against a divisional opponent and they hope to extend their streak for weeks to come. Woody Marks the backup running back also looked a little banged up during the game, which gave veteran running back Nick Chubb all of the running duties and boy did he run hard. A closer division than we had anticipated in the AFC South perhaps?

22. Panthers: The Panthers like the Atlanta Falcons might be one of the most inconsistent teams this year. They can have a 3 game winning streak and beat teams like the Packers but then absolutely lose their mojo against the Saints. The craziest part about all of this too was that the Panthers were home! The game started with a Rico Dowdle touchdown (who is still having a monster season thus far) but after that it was crickets for the Panthers offense. Now this was a divisional matchup and the Saints were indeed in the mid ranks for defense but what gives?

23. Giants: This season for the New York Giants could end even worse now with Jaxson Dart potentially missing time. He left the game late against the Bears and even more breaking news followed a couple days later. It’s the firing of head coach Brian Daboll that the G-Men decided and in my opinion, while I did think that things were not working out I would have at least switched things up with the coordinators then see what happens. Daboll and Dart clearly had a great relationship and the quarterback play itself was never that bad. For the rest of the season for the Giants I guess they can focus on their defensive talent and defensive rookie Abdul Carter.

24. Cowboys: The Cowboys entered week 10 with a much needed BYE week after getting embarrassed by the Cardinals last week. This time however it is the addition of Quinnen Williams and Kenny Clark on the defensive front that could potentially make a huge difference. Their secondary could still maybe be improved but I see what Jerry Jones was trying to do here. This week for Dak and his Cowboys its the Las Vegas Raiders, who should not give them too much trouble as I have them ranked #32 still.

25. Cardinals: The Cardinals lost their second game to their divisional rivals with the Seattle Seahawks and like I mentioned with the Seattle bio I had, the game was never close. This team is never healthy and honestly it shows for the most part how many guys you remember could be playing on this offense but aren’t. Kyler Murray and James Connor are just for starters and in my opinion the Cardinals are gonna be looking for a new quarterback soon.

26. Dolphins: The Miami Dolphins surprised everyone with defeating the Buffalo Bills and I can finally write positively about them again. I do owe Jaylen Waddle a short apology as well because this week he exploded and caught a touchdown. Tua looked great in the pocket and shredded the Bills defense all day while Josh Allen kept turning the ball over and kept giving bad looks to his offense. Devon Achane gets in the endzone yet again and the rest is history! Enjoy this win Miami!

27. Saints: Another team I can finally write positively about after weeks of losing is the New Orleans Saints. They got their second win of the season and it was well deserved. The defense came out big, pressuring opposing quarterback Bryce Young over and over again and the offense had huge plays with receiver Chris Olave. It was a big upset for the gold and black and they should enjoy it as I dont think many wins will come to them very easily for the rest of the season of course.

28. Jets: The New York Jets pulled off the miraculous after the offense yet again had another game of just straight up not moving the ball effectively. That’s not to take away from Breece Hall’s rushing touchdown but without the two kickoff return touchdowns from the special teams, the Jets would still never be in this game. It is a franchise setting record but for the New York Jets it seems as if this offense leaves something to be desired after every week. Before the season started Aaron Glenn and Justin Fields warned us about running the ball a million times and they are doing just that. The thing is that it is not working and offensive Tanner Engstrand needs to switch up. Though with star receiver Garrett Wilson re-injuring himself, that will obviously be a huge blow for this team again. The receivers they picked up in trades are being asked for a lot already it seems.

29. Bengals: Cincinnati is another team that had off during the week and they are another team in the mix being in the AFC North division. The Ravens and Steelers currently stand atop of the division but their unsunken hero Joe Burrow has now returned to practice after being out with an injury all this time. If anyone can save their season it is him but unfortunately Joe Burrow cannot play on both sides of the ball as the defense has its major issues closing out games.

30. Browns: The Cleveland Browns dropped their game to the one win Jets and it was an embarrassing outing from them. The defense always does its thing allowing the Jets to barely move the ball but you can only do so much when your offense fails to put points on the board every single time. It was poor throw after poor throw from Gabriel and I am unsure why Stefanski still wants this draft pick to work so badly. I am shocked that Quidshon Judkins was also not in the gameplan more and that he failed to get into the endzone. Next week for the Browns it’s the Ravens they have to worry about. Here comes Lamar.

31. Titans: BYE team after BYE team will be the common theme for the last two teams here and the Titans are no surprise that they are still far down on my list. A boring offense with a rookie quarterback can set your team back a bit and hopefully they used this week off to get ready for week eleven. This week for the Titans they face a divisional rival who is coming off a win…the Houston Texans.

32. Raiders: Las Vegas coming off a close game against the Denver Broncos was definitely still a snoozefest for me. I knew the Broncos had no real way of losing this game against the Raiders even if it was a divisional matchup. Sure the Raiders created turnovers but the recurring theme with these games and this team is Geno Smith, who has been holding this team back this season the entire time like I have been saying but it is a dead horse at this point. Give the keys to the city to Ashton Jeanty and let’s move on.
