When asked about the owner of the Milwaukee Bucks, people would say Jimmy and Dee Haslam, Wes Edens, or Jaime Dinan, but all answers are wrong. The owner of the Milwaukee Bucks is Tyrese Haliburton.

The 23-year-old has been taming the Bucks all season with a record of 4-1. The 6ft. 5″ guard dominates whether in Wisconsin or in Indiana as the win on January 3rd extends the Pacers’ win streak to 5 games.

In the five meetings between the teams, Haliburton has averaged 27 PPG, 5.8 RPG, and 10.6 APG against Milwaukee. But what caused a team with Damian Lillard and the “Greek freak” Giannis Antetokounmpo to be spanked by a team no one probably expected? Well, the superstars on the team have been doing great in the matchups, but they have been let down by their bench.

The Indiana Pacers have combined for 249 points in those five games: compared to 120 from the Bucks. In each of the matchups, the Pacers have dominated the bench points (59-38, 68-16, 47-28, 43-9, 32-29) and the lack of quality in depth is hurting the Bucks.

This summer Giannis signed a new 3-year extension and traded to get seven-time all-star Damian Lillard, but looks like they might have to settle for a play-in position.

Firing Mike Budenholzer, even though I backed that decision, looks horrendous today and teams like the Pacers are upcoming to break the Beasts of the East.

Well, I am 18 years old currently undergoing my Bachelors of Science in Media and communications. I'm currently in my first semester and I would like to be a sports analyst in the future. I am also from Jamaica. I would like to work at one of the biggest sports companies in the world (ESPN/SKY/BT) but everyone needs a start and I would love it if you were to give me that start.
