The Boston Celtics are this year’s 2024 NBA champions as they get their 18th banner in franchise history. Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum win their first title as a dynamic duo as both of them had big contributions for this team. Boston made some key off season moves by getting Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis which added more size, length, better defense and a deeper group. Brad Stevens and rest of front office set a goal for their team that had high expectations. Coach Joe Mazzulla had all the talent to work with, always ready for the challenge and grind of 82 games.

Coach Mazzulla’s message to this team helped his players with confidence throughout the season and building team chemistry. Jayson Tatum was focused, determined and only one goal in mind as he is eligible to sign a contract extension but wasn’t worried about that. Another key component to their team was the depth of this bench which had a positive impact for them and also in playoffs. Boston Celtics were the best team all season long in eastern conference leading their division with a comfortable cushion.

The Celtics as a team was dominant in most of their games, home court advantage played a huge part for them as they have passionate fans at the TD Garden. Tatum and Brown had fantastic seasons combined proving the haters wrong once again. Former players who played for Boston also had confidence in this year’s team that they could do something special. When it came playoff time, this team took it up to another level as they got some key players back from injury. Coach Mazzulla did a fantastic job of keeping his team ready at any moment for each game and having them focused for playoff basketball.

Boston Celtics faced the Dallas Mavericks in 2024 NBA Finals and dominated them in 5 games. Celtics went up 3-0, then Mavericks won game four but was flat as Boston finished them off big in game five. Congrats to them on winning the 2024 NBA Championship, their 18th banner in franchise history and Jaylen Brown won MVP.
